-Damaged Products: If the product was damaged during transit, you are entitled to a return.
-Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong product, you may return it for a replacement or

2. Return Process
2.1Initiating a Return

2.3 Return Authorization

Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
2.4 Product Pickup
– If you wish to return a product, we will arrange for it to be picked up from your location. Our
logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the pickup. Alternatively, if you
prefer to handle the return yourself, you may do so by sending the product to the address
provided in our return instructions. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging
and condition.
2.5 Return Shipping Costs
– If the return is due to a defective product, damage during transit, or an incorrect product,
Bioko.in will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the shipping costs may be
deducted from your refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
3.1 Perishable Goods
– Items that are perishable in nature (e.g., food items) are non-returnable unless they arrive
damaged or defective.
3.2 Personalized Products
– Products that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications cannot be
returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3.3 Sale Items
– Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are non-returnable unless they arrive
damaged or defective.
3.4 Other Non-Returnable Items
– Certain other items, such as intimate goods, health and personal care items, or products with a
“Final Sale” label, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
